FuckOffOpenAI.com is growing from a publishing project into an active community for people who want to discuss artificial intelligence critically, document real-world AI failures, share experiences, publish their own observations and take part in a wider debate about how AI systems affect users, businesses and society.
The project is independent and community-supported. Anyone can read the public content, but users who want to participate more actively can now join through the FuckOffOpenAI.com Membership program.
More Than Just Financial Support
Membership helps fund the operation, maintenance and continued development of FuckOffOpenAI.com.
But members are not simply supporters.
Depending on their membership level, they can participate directly in the website by commenting on published content, submitting their own articles, uploading images and building a visible identity within the community.
Every member receives access to a personal account through My Account, where available membership features can be managed.
Members may also use the official FuckOffOpenAI.com logo and banners on their websites, profiles and other online platforms to show their support for the project.
Three Membership Levels
The membership system currently offers three levels.
Silver — $1/month
Silver is the basic community membership.
Silver members can:
- comment on website content,
- submit their own articles,
- upload verified JPG/JPEG/PNG images with articles up to 5 MB,
- access submitted articles through My Account,
- receive author attribution on published articles,
- use a distinctive Silver membership badge, avatar border and membership icon.
External links and image attachments are not permitted in Silver comments.
Silver costs $12 per year, paid annually.
Gold — $5/month
Gold includes everything available to Silver members and adds greater participation options.
Gold members can also:
- attach verified JPG/JPEG/PNG images to comments,
- upload comment images up to 5 MB,
- use a distinctive Gold membership badge, avatar border and membership icon.
External links in comments remain disabled.
Gold costs $60 per year, paid annually.
Diamond — $10/month
Diamond is the highest membership level and provides the complete member feature set.
Diamond includes everything in Gold, plus:
- external links in comments,
- image attachments in comments,
- full member commenting functionality,
- a distinctive Diamond membership badge, avatar border and membership icon.
Diamond costs $120 per year, paid annually.
Members Can Publish Their Own Articles
One of the key features of the membership system is the ability for members to contribute their own content.
Members can submit articles directly through their FuckOffOpenAI.com account without accessing the WordPress administration interface.
Submitted articles are never published automatically.
Every article is reviewed before publication to protect the project from spam, advertising, illegal content, copyright violations and material unrelated to the purpose of FuckOffOpenAI.com.
Comments are also subject to moderation.
This allows community participation while keeping editorial control and content quality intact.
Your Membership Status Is Visible
Membership is designed to be visible within the community.
Silver, Gold and Diamond members can be distinguished through their membership badge, avatar border and membership icon.
This creates a simple ranking system similar to traditional online forums, where active supporters and contributors can be recognized directly alongside their comments and published content.
No Surprise Renewal
Membership is paid one year in advance.
Members automatically receive an email reminder 14 days before their membership renewal or expiry date, giving them time to review or manage their membership.
Membership can be cancelled at any time.
